What we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and who else sees it.
Draft — not yet reviewed. This document was drafted as a starting point and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It contains placeholders that must be completed and statements that must be verified against how the business actually operates. Do not rely on it, and do not leave it published in this state.

LoansOrigination.com is a website operated by Synergistic Optimization Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy explains how that company (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information collected through https://loansorigination.com. By using this site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to what is described here.
The short version
We are not a lender and we do not decide whether anyone gets funded. We collect a limited amount of information about you and your business for one purpose: to pass it to funding providers who may be able to help, so they can make that decision themselves. We are paid by those providers, not by you.
Information we collect
When you submit a funding inquiry, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your name, email address and telephone number
- Your business name, industry, state and how long it has been operating
- A broad band indicating average monthly revenue, the type of funding you want, the amount and your timeline
- Anything you choose to write in the notes field
Revenue and amount are collected as ranges rather than exact figures, because a range is all a funding provider needs at this stage.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to operate and secure the site.
We never ask for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, card numbers, tax IDs or account passwords on this website. Do not send them to us by email either. If a funding provider needs documents later, they will collect them directly through their own secure process.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session tracking, and it loads no scripts, fonts or images from third-party servers. There is nothing here to opt out of.
If that changes, this section will be updated before the change goes live.
How we use your information
- To review your inquiry and work out which funding providers are a plausible fit
- To pass your details to those providers
- To contact you about your inquiry by phone, text and email, where you have consented
- To answer questions you send us
- To operate and secure the website
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations
Who we share it with
The point of submitting an inquiry is for us to share it. We pass your information to third-party funding providers, lenders and partners so they can assess whether to offer you funding. Once we do, each of those providers handles your information under their own privacy policy, which we do not control. Read theirs before you proceed with any of them.
We also use service providers who run parts of our infrastructure — website hosting and email delivery — and we may disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.
About “selling” your information
We do not sell your information to data brokers, marketing lists, or anyone unconnected to your inquiry. We do receive commission from a funding provider when a business we referred is funded.
You should know that some state privacy laws define “sale” broadly enough that sharing your details with funding providers in exchange for commission could fall within it. We would rather describe exactly what happens than rely on a technical denial. If you want us to stop sharing your information with funding providers, email ko@loansorigination.com and we will, though it does mean we cannot help you find funding.
Calls, texts and consent
When you tick the consent box on the inquiry form, you agree that we and the funding providers we refer you to may contact you at the number and email address you gave us — including by autodialed calls, prerecorded messages and SMS. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
You can withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email ko@loansorigination.com. Once you withdraw it from us, you may still need to contact funding providers separately, since their consent is held by them.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to help you, to maintain records of referrals we have made, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Security
Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and held with reputable providers. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No website or transmission method is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including Texas, California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws — you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Receive a copy of it
- Opt out of us sharing it with funding providers, or of targeted advertising
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
To exercise any of them, email ko@loansorigination.com or call (469) 407-0619. We will respond within the time your state’s law allows. We may need to confirm your identity first, which usually means replying from the email address you used on the form.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
