1. Acceptance

LoansOrigination.com is a website operated by Synergistic Optimization Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.

These terms govern your use of https://loansorigination.com and any inquiry you submit through it. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this service is — and is not

Synergistic Optimization Solutions LLC is not a lender, bank, credit union or finance company. We are a referral service. We collect information about you and your business and introduce you to third-party funding providers who may be willing to fund it.

We are not involved in the credit decision. Specifically, we:

• Do not decide whether you are approved or declined — the funding provider does, using their own criteria
• Do not set, quote, negotiate or guarantee rates, amounts, fees or terms
• Do not underwrite, issue, service or collect on any funding
• Do not guarantee you will receive an offer, or that any offer will suit your business
• Do not act as your broker, adviser, agent or fiduciary

Submitting an inquiry is not an application for credit and is not an offer or commitment to lend. Every rate, amount, fee, term and approval decision comes from the funding provider, subject to their underwriting and documentation. Not all applicants will qualify.

Our role ends once we have made an introduction. Any agreement you enter into is between you and that provider.

3. How we are paid

We are paid a commission by the funding provider when a business we referred is funded. You pay us nothing — there is no cost to submit an inquiry, no application fee and no fee to you if you are funded.

Because providers compensate us, we have a commercial relationship with the providers we work with, and you should weigh that when considering any introduction we make. It does not change the terms a provider offers you, and we are not paid more for placing you on worse terms. You are free to approach any provider directly without us, and to decline anything we introduce.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, located in the United States, and authorised to act for the business you are inquiring about. This service is for business funding only. It is not offered for personal, family or household purposes, and inquiries for consumer credit will not be processed.

5. Your information must be accurate

You agree that what you submit is true and complete, and that you are entitled to share it. Funding providers rely on it to make decisions. Submitting information you know to be false may result in funding being declined or withdrawn, and may carry legal consequences.

6. Consent to be contacted

By submitting the inquiry form you consent to be contacted as set out in our Privacy Policy, including by autodialed calls, prerecorded messages and SMS at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase and you may withdraw it at any time.

7. This is not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice, and nothing here is a recommendation that any particular funding is suitable for you. Content is general information only. Taking on business funding is a significant decision — consult your own accountant or adviser before you commit.

8. Third parties

We are not responsible for the content, products, services, conduct, fees or privacy practices of any funding provider or linked website. Introducing you to a provider is not an endorsement of them, and we do not guarantee their performance.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit false information or another person’s details without authority, to submit automated or bulk inquiries, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, or to interfere with its operation or security.

10. Intellectual property

The content, design and materials on this site belong to Synergistic Optimization Solutions LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without permission.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the service are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any introduction will result in funding.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synergistic Optimization Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or the service — whether in contract, tort or otherwise, and even if we were told such damages were possible.

In particular, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, terms, fees or conduct of any funding provider.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synergistic Optimization Solutions LLC and its officers, employees and agents against any claim or demand arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, the information you submitted, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect and the unenforceable provision applies to the maximum extent permitted.

16. Changes

We may revise these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
